Promoters of abusive trust tax shelters use myriad arguments to hook their targets. All of these arguments are frivolous.  Frivolous arguments are false arguments that are not supported by law. Most often the promoters rely on the socalled common law or constitutional law upon which they frame their frivolous arguments.
